What we collect
When you use the form on sp-agency.org we receive what you type: whether you are looking for support or offering help, what you are looking for or can offer, your name, email address, and if you choose to give them, your phone number, ZIP code, organization and message. We also record the date and the fact that it came from this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and connect you with the right program or person. To understand what people in our community are asking for, so we can plan programs around real needs. And to document community engagement when we apply for grants, which we do in aggregate, as counts, not as your name.
Who sees it
People working with Shekinah Praise Agency. Messages reach us through a form delivery service that sends them to our inbox. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. We never ask for or store card numbers.
Your choices
Reply to any message from us and ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will.
